Product seems to be well-made, for the most part. The covers (white part) started to fall off after about a year. Just doesn't fit snug into my phone, which is unfortunate. It would go all the way in but wouldn't click into place so it would keep falling out (especially prevalent during driving). Music would pass through so long as nobody within a 1-mile radius decided to sneeze and slightly jostle the cable loose.
Stiff as a groom. I don't plan on using this for "mobile" applications… I probably won't even use these from amp to large headphones as I think the weight will turn out to be annoying.great quality though… if you need to connect devices together (eg DAC/soundcard to amp/pwrd speakers; this would be great.
Works reasonably well. Some noise but dont know the reason
I used this to plug my desktop's output to my bose soundlink mini 2. I tried all the audio output ports: front panel, back panel, monitor. What I noticed is that the front panel has minimal noise while back panel and monitor have noticeable noise when I turned on the speaker but do not play anything.
The noise maybe related to the charger of the sound link and may not be related to this cable: if I do not charge, the noise became unnoticeable.
They're of an alright build quality. The cable is a little stiff, plastic like some other cheap alternatives. Though the connector doesn't actually "click" into my phone. It will slide right out. I have tried many Jacks and it's hit or miss (about 50/50).
