    Challenge

    As Whitesky Communication’s Senior Manager of Warehouse & Operations, Ian Edgerton ensures their warehouse is stocked with the inventory they need for internet installation projects for multi-dwelling units, which often experience construction delays and changing deadlines. Adding to his challenges, Ian was in the process of launching Whitesky’s first-ever Warehouse Management System (WMS) platform and was limited to managing inventory inside of a Microsoft Excel sheet. In addition, many of Whitesky’s network installation equipment came in excessive packaging, increasing both installation labor time and cost.
