Monoprice Cannot Be Beat!

After being discouraged by the overwhelmingly high prices of cables and peripherals in the chain stores, I was able to breathe a deep sigh of relief when I heard about Monoprice while watching an episode of Tekzilla on Revision3.

I have ordered numerous audio, video, network, and phone cables along with wall plates and jacks, and all have been the highest of quality. I have never been disappointed with any of the purchases I have made.

The website is nicely laid out, intuitive, and easy to navigate to find what your looking for. Shipping is very quick and most of all the prices cannot be beat!

Monoprice is the only place I will purchase cables, wall plates, and adapters.

I have been purchasing cables from monoprice for years for my networking company. Product and prices are great. I have also used them for many other products (most recently TV mounts). I have never been disappointed with the products or the service.

Awesome Customer Service

I ordered a USB printer cable after seeing the local shop selling them for $30. Monoprice shipped me the cable but it took a very long time in transit. After contacting them they sent me a replacement. The original cable showed up the day after I talked to them about a replacement (it was held up crossing in to Canada, no fault of Monoprice).

I then contacted Monoprice to either stop the shipment of the replacement, charge me for the second cable or give me an RMA number to return it. They said "Keep it, no cost to you." Great customer service for a $5 purchase.

Great Service...Great Products!

Not only were the prices unbelievably low but the items I received were even higher quality than I realized I would get for the price! Seriously, the cable I ordered could have easily cost 10 times as much as it did. Also, I needed to add something to my order at the very last minute, AFTER the order had been processed but before it got shipped out. Any other company would have said, "Sorry...too late". Not Monoprioce. They said no problem and helped me get that extra item onto the order without me having to reorder all over again. This was my first experience with Monoprice and I can tell you this, they have a customer for life.

Best Prices and Products

We have been buying all of our Cat 5 cable, iPad cases, VGA Cables and more from Monoprice for a few years. We have saved thousands of dollars, and continually get top notch products. I have recommended Monoprice to everyone I know, and have also personally purchased all of my HDMI cables for my new HD tv.
Thanks to Monoprice my district technology budget goes even further.

i have been using mono price for over 4 years and i swear by all of the products i have boughten from them, i started out buying hdmi cables for $2 instead of the market $50-$100 price, i then started buying ink and other cables for my work. i have spent over 4 thousand dollars with monoprice and i have saved over 10 thousand using them!!! monoprice is the best there is and i recomend everyone to them. best prices period!

Monoprice.com is a website I recommend to all of my friends and family who are in the market for electronic accessories. The site offers low prices, quality products, and great customer service.
