Cost & Quality Service

After a rocky start with Monoprice (they had someone steal credit card info & they did a very thorough job cleaning up that mess), their consistent low prices and quick responses to problematic products have kept me well satisfied as a returning customer. On the rare occasions that I have needed a replacement product they have quickly rectified the situation to my satisfaction. The savings would probably be enough to warrant a recommendation, but they really do stand behind their prices with excellent service.

I came on this site expecting cheap electronics accessories but I was wrong. I keep coming back again and again for this and for that. I have told many friends to never buy anything from a big box store again, even though I worked at one for years. thanks monoprice!!

Monoprice is the only price!

I was never thrilled with having to buy cables, connectors or mounts for any of my home theater, HTPC, server, desktop or various peripherals until I came to Monoprice. That has completely changed since I started shopping the site.

I believe I was turned onto MP by a fellow forum member on a popular HTPC discussion group as the place to go for cables and related accessories. At first I figured that perhaps I might find a cheap, inexpensive cable or two but nothing that was much more than an average price. Boy was I wrong. Not only are the products that Monoprice offers of excellent quality, the price is a fraction of what most retailers (especially brick & mortar) sell them for. Seriously, some of these items cost less than the tax I'd spend on the big guy's so called "deals."

Since then, I've been not only a customer, but a true fan and try to spread the word to anyone that I know could benefit. It's the first and almost always the only stop I ever have to make when fulfilling my cabling/accessory needs.

Monoprice = The Only Price End of story.

Best Bang for the Buck

We have been buying from Monoprice for over 3 years now. We have ordered hundreds of products. In that time we have only been disappointed in a product once or twice. But here is the deal. With the price we paid for those products, we didn't care if they didn't work. They were a throw away price not even worth trying to return.

We have talked to support with questions on a product and the answers are always helpful and accurate. The best part is they are not afraid to say "I don't know" rather than give you some BS answer.

If you want to talk strictly about prices, you can't beat them. I can go to a retail store and pay $60 for a 6' HDMI cable, or order one here for $5. There cables are great, their computer accessories are great, everything we get just works. I am constantly recommending colleagues to Monoprice for their purchase needs.

Great Price, Great Products, Great Customer Service

I ordered some HDMI cables, for a really low price, and then realized I also needed some HDMI 90* connectors. I used the "Talk to a rep" link on the site, and a great customer service rep helped me add the connectors so I would not have to pay extra shipping. Over all great service.

I have been ordering many items through MonoPrice for years now and they have never failed to disappoint! Their prices are amazing, the quality of the products are top shelf, their delivery is super fast, even with regular shipping. I recommend MonoPrice to EVERYBODY! I can't believe all those unenlightened people out there who are shelling out bucks for something they can much cheaper here! Keep up the good work! You have a customer for life!

New customer, I will use again.

I looked for hours to find the best product without spending alot of money, I keep coming back to the MonoPrice.com website. So I gave them a try and I am happy that I did. I received my order quickly. I ordered inwall speakers and wire. Both are of a higher quality than I expected! The best is the inwall wire is marked with the exact amount of feet left on roll every 1 foot. I will always go to Monoprice, best price best quality.
