Tech support was a great help.

I had spoken to a tech support on live chat which was very helpful. He was able to answer all my questions accurately and friendly. As I did not know that Monoprice products are life time warrenty. I was able to arrange an exhange for the same product with the help of a tech support. Hope all goes well.

Been buying for 4 years now

I've been buying products (mostly adaptors and cables) from monoprice for about 4 years now, first through my father who discovered them online, and then myself once I went off on my own. I love their products, and I would vouch my life on their quality, and you can't beat their prices, when comparing them to other companies like MONSTER Cables. I've done a little testing on some of the products i've received, from stereo cable, to adaptors, and I haven't found any low quality products.

Quality & Prices

I have been a Monoprice customer for many years and I have been impressed with the way the staff does business. I have no need or reason to pay any more for name brand products when Monoprice is a name brand of its own. Not only do I get outstanding quality, outstanding selection, and outstanding prices, but I also get outstanding Customer Service. That is the way Monoprice does business.

Best Section at the Best Price

My church needed a 100 VGA cable for our projector system after a squirrel got into the attic and ate through our old one. After searching high and low locally for one of that length I finally checked MonoPrice which I remembered someone recommending before. I was glad I did because I was able to have two shipped for cheaper than anything I could find locally. Ever since then MonoPrice has been my go to source for cables, and I don't know how many people I have recommended them to.

FANTASTIC Tech Support! Not being a tech savvy person I was looking for a VGA to RCA S-VIDEO VGA Converter that I could use with a mini projector my son purchased for me. TS - Cipriano R (Level 1) knew all the questions to ask even if I didn't exactly know what i needed.
Without the online live chat, I would have purchased, yet again, the wrong cable. Fortunately TS - Cipriano advised me on the product I needed. Monoprice has the product at an extremely low price. I ordered it!

Will definitely recommend this site to all my friends!

Best A/V deals period.

A friend told me about the site and I finally checked it out. Fantastic. I manage the electronics dept. in a big box retailer and know full well the ridiculous markup on a/v accessories. Monoprice is a breath of fresh air, affordable prices and quality products. I don't even buy from my own store anymore! Good show and keep up the awesome job.
