Outstanding Customer Service- this is how its done!

I came to monoprice.com because my neighbour had just finished his basement and had furnished his home theatre from monoprice.com... I ordered everything I needed for my home theater, wall plates, in-wall speakers, hmdi cables. 1 of the items turned out not to be needed, I went through customer service live chat and not only was I able to return the product smoothly, I was amazed at the customer service quality and speed. This is how it's done, and you shouldn't be shopping anywhere else for your home theater needs!

MonoPrice.com is an amazing resource for me! We are in the process of launching new venues and updating old equipment on a regular basis and I can't get what I need cheaper anywhere. Great Customer Service

I recently completed a transaction at monoprice, and shortly thereafter, I realized that I hadn't added one of the products that I needed. I could have just ordered it separately, but I didn't want to pay the extra shipping. I quickly hopped on the customer service chat, and was promptly helped by Carlos. Carlos added the extra item to my order and then sent me a link to pay the additional price. Carlos made this super easy for me, and saved me the few dollars I would have had to pay had I shipped the item separately. Thanks Monoprice and Carlos for your great products and amazing customer service!

HDMI Heaven

Monoprice.com saved me from spending almost $100 on a HDMI cable. I found the site after leaving the store where I bought my HDTV from not wanting to pay that much for one cable and was able to buy three HDMI cables for 1/4 of the price and they worked great!!!! Have bought other cables from here also, Best Place!

Home Theater

Been purchasing items from here for years! They offer excellent product for outstanding prices. Shipping is fast and tracking numbers are provided. I found this site on Google and been using them ever since. I would not buy from anyone else, due to the excellent site, staff, price, shipping (fees and speed), and products offered. being a hardcore xbox 360 gamer a couple of weeks ago i felt my tv was outdated and didnt go well with my xbox setup so i upgraded to a bigger hd tv and hold and behold my earphones werent compatible with the hd setup had to buy an audio adapter that in the big stores go for around $30 dollars a friend told me about this site,i found the adapter for under $5 dollars.thx monoprice
