great service

I received some inferior quality micro USB cables and wrote a review regarding the quality when the email came asking me to review them. The customer service Rep responded to my review and set up a replacement for the cables which I will soon receive. I am not used to this level of customer service online lol. This site really does seem to care about its customers and that is very refreshing. I wasn't eblven aware I could get the cables replaced. I will continue to buy all my cables from here as long as the site exists. Thank you very much monoprice.

I recently purchased a tv mount only to find that the locking bars were too short to work properly on my Sony tv. For the size of tv (52"), the mounting location on the back appear to be to close to the center of the tv. I contacted customer service and was was very impressed with their quick response and remedy. Tjayi from customer service informed me that the manufacturer was contacted and actually had them change the specifications on this mount to work with my particular tv. I was also sent a new pair of the new longer locking bars. All of this was done in a matter of a just few weeks. I can't say enough of how satisfied with MonoPrice customer service!

Unbelievble service guys. I posted about this on BizRate, but wanted to send an email to let you know I'm astounded that my HDMI cables got to the door on Monday morning before I got out of bed!??! Administrative Assistant

This is my second time ordering and both times Jonathon and David were very helpful and walked me through the chat process. They answered all of my questions and gave me the links I needed for the items I was requesting. My first order I ordered before 3pm and I received it the next day...WOW! I know I am in Signal Hill which is not too far away from where they ship but still I was very impressed that it came so quickly!! Today I ordered and it being Good Friday I am guessing I will receive my order first part of next week. The prices are great and I highly recommend them and have already done so to family and friends.
