Technician/Phone Company
Within the last couple of months or so I have ordered at least 3 times from MonoPrice.com (one I piggy-backed on a friends order) and I have to say that I have seen no value/quality/price even close to MonoPrice.com.
Everything I have received has more than met expectations for quality the prices cannot be beat for what you get. You just cannot go wrong ordering from this company.

Delivery
Package arrived damaged, unsealed, and empty, USPS. Customer service was great to deal with in replacing the contents. I send them a picture of the package and they re-submitted the order with upgraded shipping within minutes. Only took like 5 minutes total.

Awesome service
I had an issue with a connector failing on a USB cable. Not a big deal, I wound up ordering another one the next time I made an order from Monoprice, but I did leave a review meaning to inform customers that they may want to spend the extra dime to get the better quality cable. John from Monoprice emailed me and reminded me of the warranty, and wanted to know what happened so the info could be passed along.
Great service - especially for a $1 part. I order from Monoprice about once a month, this kind of service will make sure I keep ordering from them - and also make sure they get some good word of mouth advertising.
