Monoprice, where have you been my whole life??

I was recommended to check this website out by a fellow A/V geek friend of mine and couldn't believe the prices. A 6' HDMI cable in a retail store average around $30-120 (a price I've paid before). I was highly skeptical because these prices were too good to be true. I read the other customer reviews (which are golden when buying anything) and they all praised Monoprice's products. I ended up buying about what would have been $230 at a retail store but it was only $30 at Monoprice with shipping! All the cables arrived within 2 days and I test them all out and they work perfectly. I have shown this site to everyone I know and their jaws drop when they see the prices and the fact they've never heard of this site before. I am now addicted to this site and will never buy another cable from anywhere else again. Now I can afford to wire my entire house with Cat 6 cables! You have just obtained a life-long loyal customer. Thank you!

PID 6825 HD antenna

I ordered an antenna and reception was not as good as expected to be. I wrote a review on it and somebody contacted me in order to see if I would like to return the item, exchange it or get a refund. I was not expecting that at all ! A+++

GEEK

I just received the tv mount 6199 and to my mistake purchased the mount for mason instead of studs. oops. i suck. anyway, a quick IM chat with jimmy and things were resolved in a quickness! will be receiving the new mount 6200 later this day (hopefully, i only live 10 miles away). I really wanted to pick it up via will call but orders are not ready same day. funny, but they will ship it to you faster than will call orders. either way, I am a satisfied customer and have been shopping with monoprice for 5+ years and have refered many many friends. if this is your first time shopping the site, i suggest you check out every possible inventory available here and calculate the amount of money you will be saving! with all my savings i purchased a BOSE surround sound! Thanks monoprice!

Great products, Awesome customer service.

I have purchased from Monoprice several times over teh past 3 years because of the quality, price giving unbeatable value.

For the first time I had a problem with a product and Monoprice immediately shipped a replacement which I received in two days and solved all the problems I experienced with the first unit.

If I can find the item I need on MonoPrice, I no longer t even bother shopping around.

ALWAYS IMPRESSED with service and quality!

I have made several orders in the past 2 years from Monoprice and each one has exceeded my expectations. I have talked to home theatre installers who say they use monoprice.com's products almost exclusively (and then mark then up 500%!). What impresses me most if their TECH and CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT. They are open 7 days a week 12 hours a day during the week and almost as long on the weekends. The LIVE CHAT feature is terrific. There is rarely any wait time online or on the phone. They have so many different products that a quick chat with TECH SUPPORT will get you the correct link to your desired product just by describing what you are looking for. Their knowledge of their products and tech in general is superb. Shopping anywhere else, especially big box stores would be ridiculous! Never again! Tell all of your friends! You will save hundreds of dollars and also get superior products.

Excellent Customer Service.

I have experienced excellent customer service from monoprice.com.

I had an issue with a product and when I left an unfavorable review, a tech from monoprice.com contacted me to inquire on the concerns. After a review, monoprice.com issue a return from the product.

It is refreshing to experience excellent customer service from an online retailer when most are strictly profit driven.
