I've made just two purchases from MonoPrice, and wish I had started sooner. As long as you take your time viewing the website, reviewing the products that meet your needs, the price and product cannot be beat! Since my most recent purchase just two months ago, I've recommended MonoPrice to everyone I've come in contact with who's considering electronic purchases. One of my friends has made two purchases in the last month to equip his flat-panel TV and home sound system. I have nothing to say about their return/exchange policy, because I haven't had to use it. 5 out of 5 rating from me!

Great store
I have made close to 10 purchases through mono price and I have never once had a single problem with any of their products, this is the ONLY place I shop for electronics equipment. The quality of their products is top notch and the price is unbeatable, I have never had to call customer service and the shipping is extremely fast. They have a customer for life in myself!

This is the fourth order I've made to monoprice.com and I've got nothing but praise. I've ordered a 50 foot HDMI cable, various USB cables and a couple 10 foot DVI cables and they all arrived in 2 business days, great looking quality and they all worked great. Oh yes, did I mention that their prices for cables are very low? If I need more cables in the future, I'll be contacting them.
