If you're reading this then you're lucky: You know about Monoprice. I've spent hundreds of dollars with this company and I don't regret giving them a single one. If you're on the fence Google "get it from Monoprice" (with the quotes). Users on the biggest A/V forums recommend them over the competition time and time again.
The only problem I've found so far is how hard it is to walk through a big box store and not laugh at their ridiculous prices.

To say I was pleased with your company would be an understatement. First of all to find a company that really wants to please the customer is rare, but to find an employee such as Manny is almost impossible. Manny took care of my order and my special needs as if he were a family member looking out for me. He was very knowledgable, curtious and more than helpful. While this was the first order I have ever placed with your company, it certainly will not be the last. The quality of your product exceeded my expectations, but Manny was by far the greatest reason I will not hesitate to buy from you in the future.

I heard of Monoprice a few weeks before my first purchase through the site. When I actually needed something I went straight to them and found what I was looking for in an efficient timely fashion. Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was defective and I thought that possibly they both were but on the 2nd item it was my lack of reading ( probably because it was so easy to navigate, I was in shock). Even after admitting it was my fault and there was not an issue with the product, I was prepared to eat the cost. To my surprise, under an hour later I received my shipping labels along with instructions on how to write the labels if I couldn't print them out. I Couldn't be happier with their performance and dedication to show that they know " Hey it happens, we understand". It is so nice to feel taken care of and shown that they want our business. Thank you for restoring my faith in excellent customer service.

Great Support
I received a defective mini-display port to DVI cable that was giving me all sorts of problemsso I wrote a poor review.
John in support tracked me down and replaced the cable without me having to send the old one back, and without me even requesting a replacement.
Monoprice has the best customer support out of any internet or brick-and-mortar retailer I've ever made a purchase from.

They tracked me down to send me a replacement.
I posted a product review on the Monoprice.com website for a phone case that cost less than $2. I mentioned I liked the case but after 3 or 4 months the case broke. I wasn't too upset about it, at that price they're pretty much disposable.
About 10 minutes after I posted the review I received an email from Monoprice. They had read my review and THEY contacted ME to get more information so they could send me a replacement! Great prices, great quality, and great customer service...They have it all! I am a devoted, loyal customer

Great Service to Canada
I ordered several 3653 Mini-HDMI (Type C) Male to HDMI (Type A) Female Adapters from MonoPrice.
The units were delivered right to my canadian mail box with-in a few days and were exactly what I needed for a great price.
