Wonderful products and Amazing service!

I just had to stop and submit a response to the excellent service I received via LiveHelp Chat on a product I was looking to purchase. The person at monoprice helping me was patient, courteous and knowledgeable in recommendations for what I need. Although the help was via chat, I can tell from the dialogue that the monoprice rep had a service with a smile attitude. I've always had a wonderful experience shopping here and tell all my friends to go to MonoPrice.com for all their A/V needs. The products, price and service is top notch and by far cannot be beat by any other retailer. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I purchased the TV mound because I didnt see myself paying so much money for. When I discovered Mono I couldn't believe how reasonable it's prices where. I enjoyed my purchases and now have my family and friends hooked on this web site. You can't go wrong with the quality same as what you would pay at local store, but only cheeper.

MonoPrice.com Rocks!

I am not going to be the first (or last) to say this, but MonoPrice.com absolutely rocks! I'm saddened that I hadn't heard of them earlier, but now that I have, if there is ANYTHING related to cables, I check here first.

I know how to make my own cables, but it takes quite awhile if you have a lot to make. Buying them premade from a store can cost a bundle, and even when buying the cable in bulk, it's starting to get pretty expensive.

I bought 11 cat-5e cables, 1 10' USB cable, and a 25' HDMI cable...all for the astonishing low price of $55.20 (including S&H)! How can you beat that? The biggest expense was the $32 for the HDMI cable. Ever been to a BestBuy? a 6' cable would run you close to $80, depending on who made it. And there is NO DIFFERENCE IN PERFORMANCE/QUALITY.

If you're wondering about the quality of the cables, I can tell you that I can not tell the difference between the cables from MonoPrice.com vs. the ones I bought in a store. I also used my testing gear to make sure that there weren't any shorts and everything came up fine.

If anything, I think MonoPrice.com should either change their name to represent what they are about, or do a lot more advertising on tech sites to get the word out. I only heard of them when I was reading something in a forum.

Great site...easy navigation...high quality parts! What more can you want?

Best buying experiences ever!

Having worked in retail for 13+ years, I understand the value of customer service, price, selection, and quality. Monoprice delivers on all and not just by a small margin. I can truly say I have always had the most pleasant shopping experiences when I shop here even when things don't go so well. I received a product that was DOA and never expected the level of service I received. With that said, I will always search for the items I need here first before even considering anyone else. If you are new to the Monoprice site, I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Your Service Never Ends

I've placed numerous orders from up here north of Toronto and the Monoprice response is typical.....fast, efficient, accurate and as promised !! I had a delay here in receiving the items compared to the normal 3-day shipping time-frame. As usual, the delay was IN CANADA caused by a postal strike !!

Keep up the excellent work Monoprice. I recommend you to everyone and especially to those poor schmucks being baffled and conned by technical sales staff at electronics outlets who recommend (at commission, of course....) to pay exorbitant prices for "better products" from them.

Nothing to say but that I can't wait to see what you can ship to me next!!!!!!
