I love this site and i looooove their prices

I came across this website when shopping at a Samsung store. One of their agent recommended me to check them out for cables. I did, and they are sooo great. The best prices I have seen and such a good website. Really I'm very much impressed. Great service too. And I can't stop promoting them. Keep up the good work and please, If you turn to a giant, don't change your policy and services. Pleaaaase ) .

Lets face it, monoprice is the only store that makes cable shopping fun. Between the selection and the price, this is my go to store for cables and cords. I just bought $70 worth of supplies for nearly 30 cables and other assorted supplies. I'd be lucky to make it out of a big box store with 3 for that price.

HDMI

I ordered two cables, and lets face it, the price was right.
I recieved the cables in great time. I was excited and put them to use right away. However, I found the HDMI Cable I purchased did not work for what ever reason. I was upset and wrote a review about it. To my extreme pleasent surprise John Lingo contacted me and requested if I wanted a new one. I was shocked, he was quick, professional and rather corteous.

I recieved the new HDMI Cable within days and I didnt pay for Shipping and Handleing. John Lingo satisfied my concerns and made me yet again a permenant Monoprice buyer!!!

Good support, no matter how little you spend

I ordered a USB 3.0 extension cable. Unfortunately, the cable wouldn't work correctly with my portable hard drives. I posted a review reflecting this, and I was soon contacted by John. We exchanged a few messages to determine what was causing the problem. After exhausting the possibilities, I was sent a replacement cable to see if the first one was bad. The replacement cable worked! I also received a card in the mail and a follow-up e-mail from John. All this support just for an inexpensive cable? Impressive. MonoPrice stands by their products. I won't hesitate to buy from them again.

Engineering Consultant

I have been a Monoprice customer for several years and have made numerous purchases. I am consistently impressed with the quality of the products, the very attractive prices, reasonable shipping and handling charges, and rapid shipping (usually within 2 or 3 days to Florida). I make online purchases from many online retailers each year and NOBODY beats the service provided by Monoprice - IMHO they are the Gold Standard.
