When I heard about MonoPrice from all of my friends, I thought their prices were too good to be true, the items must be subpar, or their support must be poor. Boy was I wrong. MonoPrice is the best. Top quality items, incredible prices. They send clean emails with exact details as to the state of the order so I can track it each step of the way. I've ordered a lot of things online, Amazon, Dell, Buy.com, etc. MonoPrice beats their ease and customer support HANDS DOWN.

Ripped off till I found Monoprice.com

I've been a loyal monoprice shopper for a few years now, there simply is no competitor for monoprice's price and above all else quality. All your products (that I've purchased) have been solid quality, and not 'cheap' alternatives. I am constantly amazed by how good everything works for the price I paid.

I have been ordered cables from MonoPrice.com and love the quality with decent low price they provide. Among all the best is the excellent customer service I have encountered with the Miniport Display Adapter cable I ordered. Mr. John Lingo - Tech Support responded promptly and assisted me in obtaining a refund in the same day. I was so amazed that they do the best to help their customers!

A Customer

Monoprice has beat every seller on cables on ebay including out of country sellers. Even with shipping they're cheaper. The last few cables i got from ebay was from china and they made rattle noises and never worked well. The cables i get from here work flawlessly for less and higher gauge wire! I love the support, the live chat, the website, and the customer feel. Very good support!

Customer Service as it SHOULD be

I'd received an HDMI cable that proved to be faulty. After a few email exchanges, I'm happy to report that MonoPrice credited my account for the amount of the failed cable. All other cables I've ordered from MonoPrice have been without fault.

The equipment I ordered seemed to be what I needed, but it won't work! I needed a converter from the optical connection to the audio connection on my Sony wireless earphones! However this was an optical to coaxial! I need optical out to RCA not to a coaxial?? I am hearing impaired and even with my wonderful surround sound, I drive everyone else out of the room because of the sound!
Can you help me with the proper converter?? and can I return this one?
