Fantastic Handling of an Honest Review of a Poor Product

Made a review and identified a defect in the product.
Tech Support (John Lingo) picked up on it and wouldn't post the review because the defect had been fixed in the newer version of the product. Easy email correspondence and process.
They shipped me the newer version free of charge.

Well done all around an infrequent customer just became a more frequent customer.

Frequent Buyer

I just wanted to to say that Monoprice's support and warranty is awesome. I got some cables and the heads were a little small for the port. I talked to them and they quickly sent me replacements. Unfortunately they were the same so Monoprice quickly refunded me my money. I wouldn't hesitate to continue shopping with them. There support is 1st class.

Monpprice cable and accessories

One of the best suppliers I use. I've used Monoprice for the past three years for TV wall mounts, cables and any of my electronic hookup needs. Amazing prices compared to the stores - 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. For my swivel wall mount for my TV, I ordered the heaviest available even though mine was a 40" and it was still less than half of what any local suppliers were. Just make sure you are ordering the correct cable type - not their fault if you chose the wrong ends. Good quality and no issues with any orders so far.
