An honest company that goes above and beyond

I've been shopping at Monoprice for a while now, and while it is rare that I would leave a testimonial for any company these days, I think Monoprice deserves one. Monoprice consistently has products that are as good, if not better, than other manufacturers out there, at a price point much lower than ANY of their competition. I used to think the best deals were at Frys, but after discovering Monoprice a year or so ago, I only shop here for things I need. Service is top notch, Shipping is insane (get it the next morning), and the prices are unheard of. I have never once had an issue with any Monoprice product I've ordered, which is more than i can say for every other merchant I've ever ordered from. I recommend Monoprice now to everyone I know, and if you're reading this, you've come to the last place you'll ever need for cables, or anything else.

9VDC Power Pack!

I Ordered this power pack, for a Ditto Looper pedal, No Problems at all the power pack works like a charm. I have several other 9VDC Pack, some would only work part of the looper and some wouldn't even turn it on. Thank you Monoprice, again for a great product and as always super Fast Shipping. printer ink

I was tired of paying a lot of money for Canon ink refills. I've been buying generic ink from Monoprice for awhile now with no complaints. I seem to print a lot more stuff off the internet now that my ink bill has been cut in half. Thanks Monoprice.

Excellent service!

The merchandise (PID 9142 MPI compatible Samsung ML-1710D3/SCX-4100D3/SCX-4216D3 Laser/Toner-Black ) got lost during transit. It's through Canada Post so no tracking number. Then I contacted customer service and Chelsea A. replied back within 24 hours re. lost in transit status and prepared the replacement with UPS Worldwide Expedited shipment! Thank you so much! Excellent service! Monoprice for the win! -)

Optical mouse

The purchase of a replacement optical mouse for the 4-yr old mouse that was not functioning properly, has been all I hoped it would be. monoprice.com processed and ship the new mouse very quickly.
