Just cant beat Monorpice
I have been a customer for over 4 years (feels like longer) and everything I have bought still works great. My home theatre installation is comprised of all Monoprice materials where possible, along with my in-wall networking. I always check Monoprice first before I go anywhere else there's just no point going anywhere else. As far as the customer service goes, it just can't be beat and serves as an example for the industry. Thank you Monoprice!

I received a half-working cable, and John Lingo aggressively checked in with me to set up an RMA rather than let me go away with a so-so experience at Monoprice. I was incredibly impressed, and I look forward to the next gadget I get, so I can get more cables. )

I have never received service that even compares with the service I get from MonoPrice. I have ordered parts one day and less than 24 hours later the parts were at my front door. It is hard to believe that they are so fast but they are.
This is one of the best companies I have ever delt with and they will continue to be my number one source for cables and other products.
The quality is as good or better than what local stores are selling and the price of cables at MonoPrice is usually less than half of what I would pay in a chain store. I do not purchase cables and other goods from the big chains unless I check MonoPrice first.
MonoPrice will continue to get ALL of my cable needs business.
Great Store keep up the good work. I love MonoPrice.

Not only does Monoprice.com have good prices, but also Great Customer Service! I've only needed help with one item and John Lingo with Tech Support was there to take care of it.

The Best Customer Service!
I had the best experience with TS Lacey on emails! She is the most knowledgeable person you have there! I've had the luck of having her on chats in the past, and every time was excellent. But when I started having trouble with every other person on chats I went to emails as my last hope. She saved my opinion of your company! She was so helpful and thorough. A very intelligent young lady indeed! If any one deserves a raise its her! Great job Monoprice!!!

I have been a loyal customer of Monoprice for more than 3 years. I can honestly say that the pricing cannot be beat anywhere on the web. Even more important however is the EXCELLENT Customer Service they provide. Any concern will be dealt with quickly by knowledgeable Professionals. MONOPRICE is by Far..
