Monster Beware

One day everyone will finally be educated about the scam perpetuated by retail stores about HDMI cables. MonoPrice sells them for a few bucks, retail outlets sell them for $50-$100. After using both sets of cables at the different price points, and on very high-end equipment, please believe these guys and me that you absolutely will not benefit from paying more for the same cable. Same goes for ethernet patch cords. Thanks MonoPrice for being one of the only honest players out there. You're living proof that you can have a business model that's profitable without soaking the customer. I tell everyone about you now.

Customer service that goes above and beyond

Wrote a review for a product that turned out to be incompatible with my needs several months after it was purchased.

One of the managers John was actually kind enough to personally contact me about the situation and even offered to give me back a store credit for the product I purchased even though it had been several months after the fact.

For that simple fact alone I would be more than glad to shop at MonoPrice in the future and recommend it to any friends and colleagues in need of any hardware in the future!

I contacted the CSR to put additional items on my 10 minute old order (which apparently I caught just in time due to MonoPrice's prompt service). The Best, Least Expensive, & Most Informative

I have relied on Monoprice for all cable & related products for 5 years for both home and business use. The quality of their products is top-notch and their prices astoundingly low. (I recently wired up the server room, desktop, and laboratory computers for a small biotech company using their cables, saving many hundreds of dollars over what the company providing the networking equipment wanted for brand-name cables, and Monoprice's cables are certainly as good as, and in some ways superior to any others I have seen.) They seem to stock every possible cable in every length and color (great for color-coding server-room patch panels by purpose and boxes of loose wires by length). The site has excellent information resources, and their customer support people go to great lengths to ensure satisfaction.

Home theater/network user

I've ordered from Monoprice many times, and rely upon them as my go-to cabling resource. Great prices, extensive selection for every cable type, and fast shipping. This is the only place you need for home/work cabling.
