Incredible service

Great Banana Plugs!

I had not used an AVR in some years when I opened my Yamaha receiver and saw all those screw/banana connections to deal with. I though banana plugs had gone the way of the dodo bird and so did not, at first, give them a second though instead, I opted to thread all those braided wires into all those output terminals. It took forever to do it right, and trying to screw/unscrew those terminal was truly a nightmare because they were spaced too closely together! Then one day I had to make a change and refused to go through the pain again so I turned to top-rated MonoPrice High-Quality Copper Speaker Banana Plugs - Closed Screw Type [JX-74043] (Product 2801). I had almost forgotten what superior quality in electronics was like (I was used to running down to my local shack). But then they came and I knew by their weight, their natural beauty, their color-coded brilliance, and by their smart easy-to-use design that I had found quality. They are wonderful! Now it is a pleasure to make changes to my DVR outputs by simply unplugging and plugging these beautify (proud to own) banana plugs! Do yourself a favor and get these—they are the best and yet they are reasonably priced!

Where Have You Been All My Life!

Found monoprice by accident the other day looking for an HDMI splitter and some cables. Their prices were so reasonable, I wasn't sure what to expect. Everything I ordered was shipped the same day and arrived exactly as ordered. I built my own home theater 5 years ago and am an AV enthusiast - these items were of extremely high quality. Don't let the low price get you thinking otherwise. These guys are the best bar none and I am about to place my second order (replacing some older cables from 5 years ago that I paid 10+ times the money for!).

so far I've ordered but a few things from this online store. However, I have been nothing but 100% satisfied. In particular, I must admit that the live chat support helped me find the correct product each and every time. In addition, I find that the prices are surprisingly more than affordable. The product quality so far has been excellent. Although I've never had to return an item, and hope never to have to, I feel that it would be a straightforward friendly process. Great customer service

Originally I ordered an HDMI splitter which did not do what I needed. Monoprice took it back with no problem, even emailing me a UPS return label. After that level of customer service, when I was ready to tackle the issue again, I went back to Monoprice. This time I explained the precise application using on line chat, and received a recommendation. I ordered the 7974 4X1 HDMI switcher, it works perfectly. Monoprice seems to have a lot of stuff, and will be my first stop when I'm needing any audio/video devices.
