Monoprice.com is great! I ordered an hdmi cable and received it quickly. It was easy to order and the prices were so great.
I received my cable and connected it to my tablet (blackberry playbook) and to my television set. Unfortunately it did not work. I received and email to rate the product and of course I gave it a thumbs down.
Within 24 hours I received an email offering me a replacement. I was very happy and surprised, I have never seen such a quick turn around from a customer service department. They issued me a replacement and it has already shipped.
I look forward to ordering more products from monoprice.com in the future.

Amazing!

I have never heard of this website, I found it through google and it's amazing!! I just ordered a firewire and accidentally ordered the wrong one. I immediately called up and they fixed it for me in 5 minutes! No wait, no hassle and the customer service is great, I will definitely be shopping here in the future! Thanks so much! :)

What a great team

I have to say, this team is tremendous. I have bought tons of high quality items for very reasonable prices and very satisfied. Recently I bought something that did not live up to expectations and within a day of posting a review, they have completely resolved the problem.

I see no need to shop for electronic components anywhere else!

What is there not to love about MonoPrice.com.
Outstanding website with a great search engine.
Great products and prices with fair shipping costs even to Canada.
But where these guys really shine is in the customer service and support, simply outstanding for an online vendor, the best by far on the web!
I'm a customer for life.

Always Good

I have purchased several items from MonoPrice.com and everything is always shipped quickly, packaged securely and works perfectly. Prices including shipping are unbeatable. I'd rather wait a few days for Monoprice quality and prices than to spend big bucks at a brick and mortar store for instant gratification.

Forget the Name Brands!!

This is where it's at people!! I challenge you to find a better place to buy all your AV, networking and cabling needs at this kind of high quality and low low low prices!! I don't know how many people I've told about this site, but they all thank me after they've received their first order.

My brother-in-law was putting in a home theater system in their newly finished basement. He bought the flat panel wall mount and cables from MonoPrice and couldn't believe the quality and construction of everything he received. He told me the local BB wanted 3 times the price for what he paid with MonoPrice.

Keep up the outstanding work you guys have been doing!!

Tech Support - AWESOME!!

This morning I got At&t uverse installed and was having problems with the picture. I hooked up my 28AWG HDMI cables to everything and was receiving sound out of all my speakers but no picture. I called at&t for help but that was a waste of time. So I thought, I buy all my audio stuff from monoprice, I know they can help. I chatted with a tech support person and I asked what kind of HDMI cables was I using. I told this person I was using 28AWG. This person explained, in much detail that I needed to be using 24 AWG. So I looked at the At&t HDMI's cable's and they were a tad smaller than mine. So I figured it might be 24 AWG since my other room is working fine with the At&t stuff. I hooked up those at&t cables to my living room setup and bam, it works. Sound, picture, everything. I had found a 24 AWG HDMI cable layng around so I hooked it up to my other tv. This was my first time using tech support, AND THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! You guys ROCK!! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
