I have used Monoprice for almost two years now and been very happy. I have waited to write a testimonial because I feel that you cannot judge a retailer until you have an issue and see how the retailer handles it. After my last order had an issue I was impressed with how easy it was to get it resolved, after one quick call to customer service with no wait time the missing items were sent out. On this order I also had a problem with one of the products and Monoprice refunded me without even making me return the products. Overall I am very happy and will continue to use Monoprice whenever I can.

LOVE Monoprice

I have been using Monoprice for a couple of years now for various items. Stuff like HDMI cable, headphones, CAT5 cable, TV Mounts, Switches. I must have saved hundreds of dollars vs. the box stores. I can't tell you how happy it makes me feel to save that kind of money for the same products. Had an issue one time with a pair of headphones, and they refunded my money and bought a different pair. I HIGHLY recommend Monoprice for any of your electronic needs. Customer service and shipping is always fast and knowledgeable as well. Nothing but praise!!

Highly recommended

A year or so ago, I built a house and had a very small relative allowance for A/V. Monoprice was recommended to me and wow what a difference. I ended up doing a inwall intercom system and Giganet Network using all thier Cat6 products (keystones, wallplates, cabling, Patch panel), whole house audio using the 14awg inwall speaker wire, and HDMI distribution system using thier HDMI splitters. I've never done anything like this before, but I personally punched down all the wallplates and keystones (using thier punchdown tools), connected the A/V equipment and splitters myself. Everything worked great, even with a novice doing the work. The Crestron system that was quoted for my house was about 50k to do what I wanted (with a lot of un-needed fluf). I have 100% of what I want, which was about 80-90% of the Crestron functionality, all for about 6k. I didn't get everything from Monoprice.. just everything I could. Thanks Monoprice! I have the system of my dreams and got it very economically. I couldnt' have done it without you!
