WOW! INCREDIBLE, MIND BOGGLING PURCHASE EXPERIENCE. I have just experience the most amazing experience of purchasing online and having the product shipped!! I regularly order online through such services like Amazon and through EBAY.

I have never, ever had such a smooth and FAST experience in purchasing anything online before ordering a product through Monoprice.com.

I only looked up Monoprice.com for a iPhone car charger after hearing about the recommendation for Leo Laporte on his radio show.

When I went to the website I found the charger I desired and it was at a great price. I attempted to order the product but was informed from the website that the product was not in-stock at that time.

Monoprice.com website provided me the opportunity to submit my email address to make me aware when the product was back in stock. I chose to do that.

Within 72 hours I was informed that the product was back in stock via email. I immediately ordered.

I was informed via the website that the company uses Overnight Express to ship products to my address. I had never heard of Overnight Express and was concerned how/when and in what condition my product would be delivered to me.

I am writing this review today because I am equally impressed with Overnight Service (Norco) lived up to their name. Before 11:00 am my product was shipped and delivered to my address!!

I am totally amazed! I received an email confirmation less than 24 hours ago stating that my product had shipped. I then received the email today not only stating that the product had been delivered, but Overnight Express even included a picture of the delivery spot that the driver left the package for meas I was at work!!

I am just amazed and in complete awe of the Monoprice.com. Don't know what I need to order next, but I now know that Monoprice.com will be the group I use to purchase it from!!!

Nothing like it.

I was looking for a long DVI-HDMI cable to connect my computer to my HDTV. I looked at Best Buy and they only two cables that were long enough and they were pretty price ($40+) and then I heard about Monoprice and came here and saw they have several cables in many lengths. I bought the 25' for $16, a way better deal. I placed my order on Saturday night at 10PM, I used their cheapest shipping ($4 for overnight express). I didn't expect the item to arrive until Tuesday or Wednesday since I had order over the weekend and pretty late at night I figured they would ship it on Monday and it would take a day or two to arrive at my house. But to my surprise, Monday morning I get an email message at 9:30AM that the item had arrived at my doorstep. They even had a photo of the package on my doorstep in the email. I went outside and there it was. Fastest delivery ever. I shop online a lot at many different sellers and this is the fastest delivery I've ever gotten. Some places charge me over $10 for standard shipping and takes weeks to arrive. I am very impressed with Monoprice and will come back here for all my future electronic needs. Thank you very much!

Great Service

I purchased a product that wasn't exactly what I was looking for, and in spite of this mistake being my own, Monoprice worked to help me find a solution. They responded quickly and were a great help. I can't give them enough praise.

Awful Tech Support Department / Defecitve Products / Poor Customer SErvice

1- Awful support
The tech people chat with multiple people at the same time, so you sometimes wait 10 minutes for a response. Absolutely unacceptable. Do they not value our time? You can't even call tech support, you have to chat with them. They ship you defective products, and make you wait for hours in chat. Or give up. I have to leave for work now, and spent two hours chatting with them to get a second replacement. I can't wait any longer, so on the advice

2 - Defective Products - TV Swivel Mount 6515 - arm is fixed and doesn't move as shown in pictures. Received TWO defective versions of this product. Had an RMA issued after two hours with techs upport and RMA department, and another defective unit was sent to me. They told me I need to unscrew a screw, but the screw is inaccessible. And shouldn't the tools be included if a standard 16-piece screwdriver set, 18 set drill bit, and an allen key set aren't enough to loosen the screw?

This experience has been so bad compared to my previous experiences. Regret placing another order with them. I am so appalled. I'm sure this review won't make it to their site as they only want "happy" customers and probably delete bad reviews. If this happens, I will certainly post in other forums to prevent other customers from experiencing the nightmares I have experienced over a $20 swivel mount.

VGA!YAY!

i love my 25' thin VGA cable!price was great,four days and it was at my door,works perfectly with my 46" flatscreen,picture is nice,site is easy to use.thanks monoprice.com!

Above and Beyond!!!

It's amazing how courteous and professional the staff is at MonoPrice.
First I was astound by the prices and then by the quality of the product. But they really go above and beyond on the level of service they provide their customers.

Nobody else can offer what these guys do!

Ever since I found out about Monoprice I have bought all my products from them! No one else can offer their price, shipping or service!
I just ordered a couple of cables on their site on Sunday 9:30 am, when I arrived from work on Monday at 4pm the box was on my kitchen counter! Are you kidding me?!? I haven't got that from any other supplier!
Love their variety as well!
You can literally connect anything to anything else in one shopping spot! No matter what's your project they have your stuff!
They are the best!
