Great Service

The service that you provide is excellent. I can hardly believe how fast I received my parts. I needed an adopter from coaxial to optical cabling for a TV I bought on "Black Friday", my son found it on this site and I ordered it that same afternoon, expecting it to get here (South Carolina) in about a week. It got here on the following Monday! Everything works perfectly! Thank You!

Just no other place like it

I am a IT professional that does a lot of A/V and computer work. I often require custom cables and hard to find items. Monoprice delivers! I have used their products to wire my house with speakers, network jacks, phone jacks and helped me set up my home office. They have saved me hundreds on a single item and I have saved hundreds more over the last two years. I point all my friends and co workers here, they are simply the best!

Monoprice customer service is excellent

My experience has been great with Monoprice. In my case I bought an inexpensive product and unfortunately it did not work. Working in IT I know "things happen" and it was not Monoprice's fault it was just one of those things. Since it was little money I decided to just forget about it, after all my time is worth something and it was inexpensive. I did fill out a review and mentioned the defective product, but did not blast the company nor place blame. I almost immediately received a nice reply from "John" at Monoprice. He immediately took ownership of the problem, offered solutions and followed through! I was satisified before but now I am estatic with the great customer service. Thank you "John" and Monoprice!

Highly Satisfied Canadian Customer

I live well north of California in Ontario Canada. I have made numerous purchases from Monoprice for a variety of items.
On each and every occasion, the items arrive as described and as ordered at my doorstep within mere days.
The prices are exceptional, the quality excellent and the overall approach to customer satisfaction is simply outstanding. I only wish some Canadian companies could live up to this standard!
I routinely approach strangers in electronics outlets and tell them not to waste their time and money......buy from Monoprice!

Amazing Customer Care

As a senior technology executive, I have had many dealings with vendors and suppliers. Most of them promise far more than they can deliver.

However, this is NOT the case with Monoprice.
They provide outstanding value, quality products, and amazing customer service.

Recently, I ordered a piece of equipment, that once installed, had some problems. That is often just a matter of a manufacturing defect, as I suspect was the case in this incident, and not a reflection of the quality that Monoprice provides.

What was absolutely amazing about this problem, was that once I contacted Monoprice regarding my issue, they immediately over-nighted another exact unit to me, and provided me with a RMA return label, ALL at no additional cost to me.

To me, the real test of a supplier is not low cost, but rather, to what extent do they stand behind their products and support their customers.
In this regard, Monoprice has surpassed their competition hands-down.

If you are looking to purchase quality products, at great prices, and do so with the confidence that your business is valued and that you are respected as a customer, I advise you to shop exclusively at Monoprice.

They have earned my continuing business, and I am sure that you will be as delighted as I am if you need a reliable, stand-up place to buy with confidence.

Recently bought an Acer Multi-Touch monitor but feared by laptop's HDMI output wouldn't power it and my Onkyo surround sound receiver at the same time. It didn't. Found item number: 7522, 1X2 PRO Series Powered HDMI Splitter with 3D support (Rev. 2.0) and ordered it. It arrived as claimed by Monoprice. Ten minutes later everything was up and running including 40 inch Samsung LED LCD TV. Been running it, the splitter, for the better part of a week and not a single problem. My compliments to Monoprice on their service.

Great online store

I use to buy everything at B***B**. I ordered a wall mount and hdmi cables from Monoprice. Quality and price are excellent. Order came in two days. I will never go back to B***B** again.

I dont know what I would do without them!

I've been buying from monoprice.com for a few years now and I can't express how much I love them. I have saved several thousands of dollars and am always ordering parts form them, whether I am buying ink for my printer, miscellaneous cables, or even a TV wall mount - and their selection is always expanding. They have always carried quality products and the one rare time I ever had to return/exchange a product they were extremely helpful. They definitely go above and beyond any online retailer and brick and mortar store when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.
