Awesome products. When you get them.

Everything I have bought from here has been cheaply priced, and amazing quality. I would have probably said the same about my recent order, but I never received them. Upon calling my carrier, they have no recollection of having said product anywhere. Such a headache and money out the window :(

Satisfied

I simply want to say, i went online searching for a better deal on some cables, i got some google searches stating this site had great deals on cables. So after looking up this site and seeing that it was ACCESSORY DREAMLAND, i ordered some cables and got them promptly to my home, nice and neatly packaged. I'm a satisfied customer who will return more and spread the word about this site and its deals.

Incredable shipping speed

Lousy Shipping

Ordered 11/26/11, said expected shipping date 11/26/11, said would get cables 12/2/11, then today (12/2/11) says will get them 12/5/11, new tv being delivered 12/3/11. Will not order again from this company

Incredible Speed

I placed an order at 1:35PM on thursday and by 9:45am friday a delivery man was knocking at my door. I ordered 107 items. I placed an order at the same time from that "egg" place for -3- items and they haven't even picked the items off the shelf yet, and my shipping for 3 items (120mm fans) was $6 to monoprices' $4.86

My only reservation about monoprice is the fact that they seem to silkscreen label EVERYTHING. If I was using these items for business reasons, that would be a major drawback.

I had not received my order till one month of placing it. I contacted Monoprice Customer Care and without any questions asked the shipped a replacement to me via UPS expedited. The order is with me within 36 hours of me raising the issue. The items are of top quality. I would recommend Monoprice to anybody and everybody for the great Customer Service and quality. Would surely buy again myself.

Monoprice de facto Purveyor of Cables

I've placed several orders through Monoprice, and not once have I ever been let down. Fast processing and fast shipping makes Monoprice one of the best sites ever. Now, whenever I'm looking for a cable, I consider Monoprice first. Even if I'm in a store, I will ask myself whether I can obtain a better price on Monoprice before actually making a purchase.

Cables

Just got my order of HDMI cables, replaced all the other cables I got from the big electronic stores, and higher priced. The monoprice cables work better and all my HDTV's and displays never looked better. Thanks again monoprice!
