dont buy HMDI cables anywhere else!!!!!

why pay $30-$60 for HDMI cables when you can pay $3...DUH!!!!

I rarely write reviews but Monoprice earned it.

Monoprice is by far the most efficient/speedy electronics warehouse anywhere. I have ordered from dozens of places over the years and have just experienced what JIT shipment truly is. Recently, I ordered equipment in the afternoon and received it the next morning. When I was out of state, they fulfilled orders in 2 days, a week ahead of schedule.

Monoprice is also among the least expensive. For example, I compared their cable prices with several other similar online sites and found them to be the cheapest by far. I will never go to an Electronics Superstore again if I can find it at Monoprice.

Monoprice's products are also very good. I have never had a problem or dissatisfaction in the last year and a half.

Im done with Monoprice.

I've received many incorrectly wired cables/adapters from them. The only thing they could do is give me a prepaid return on the last one. I was told by a couple of employees that I should get a refund and not file for replacements. I mean that's not the way I'd like to do business. So if that's the way they want to do it, then so be it.

They couldn't even get me in touch with a manager when I asked for one. I'm not going to take more time (after having to troubleshoot faulty cables) out of my day do their job for them. So I wasn't about to call and get into all that. I've attempted an email to get an explanation and have been ignored. My (negative) review of said cables has been ignored as well. They have not published it online. I wrote another (positive) review a couple days later and it was published online the next day.

To bad too. When they get it right they can't be beat for the price. But getting it wrong so many time's and not assuring their customers that it won't happen again is ridiculous. I'm not confident in purchasing from them in the future. It's just not worth it. So I'll just shop somewhere else from now on.

Purchase MT-52 Univ Tilt Wall Mount

I purchased 6526 Adj Tilting Flat Panel TV Mount. After installing on the wall, making sure that everything was level found that the two display brackets did not have the holes drilled in the same distances, so the TV hung down an inch lower on one side. Tried to get a replacement display bracket and was told I would have to take the mount back off the wall, and send it back for a replacement. I had mounted it with lag screws and was hoping that they would just send me another display bracket that I could match up and return the incorrect one. They refused to help me. I would not recommend buying from this company

NOT to good to be true!

I had been shopping around for two items: quality speaker wire for my new B&W speakers, and an HDMI cable with the mini end to fit a new HD camcorder of mine. Was not in a hurry to purchase so shopped around, both locally and online for about a month. Accidentally ran across Monoprice while surfing an Audiophile site and decided to check out their prices. At first I thought there had to be a catch- the HDMI cable that I had priced elsewhere was almost $40 cheaper at Monoprice?!? Same thing for the 12 speaker gauge wire that I had sourced elsewhere for much, much more.
Long story short, took a 'gamble' and ordered the two items and a couple days later the items were at my door. The quality is equal to, if not better than any other item I had been looking at in stores-but for much cheaper! Even with the shipping charge, it was still so worth it to purchase and save with Monoprice. I now have them bookmarked in my favorites!
