Dr. John Breckinridge

Ordered 5921 LCD TV 2 arm mounting bracket, that mounts with 3 screws on one 2x4 in wall. What a great bracket, extremely sturdy and mounts with such ease. Friend lifted 37 inch LCD on to bracket with the top 2 screws in place to fit into the slot on the bracket, this then held the TV while I put in the bottom 2 screws and finished tightening the top 2 screws. Could be mounted by one person with ease. Ordered it on a Monday and received it on that Friday. Thanks for such a great bracket at a great price.

Cable orders

Very impressed with the efficiency of Monoprice. There were a large variety of cables available and the reviews were helpful. I ordered a few HDMI cables and an optical cable. The order was shipped promptly and I've received the cables as ordered all the way across on the East coast.

Great Customer Service

Every now and then a product doesn't work the way the buyer anticipated. I expect that to happen on occasion. What makes or breaks such a situation is the company's customer service. MonoPrice knocked this one out of the park. They worked with me for over an hour to help me identify the cause of my difficulties, and when it was determined to be a weird interaction between the new device and my existing equipment they issued an RMA and received a full refund. I will definitely be a return customer!
