Great product and great prices everything arrived in a couple of days. The wall mount was very well made and easy to install.I upgraded to the heavy duty mount. I could not believe how thick the steel was was on the mount and brackets. I installed it in under an hour. I should have bought the six foot HDMI cables too. I had to run out the same day to complete the install.I overpaid for the cables could have bought them here for half the price!

FREE American

All I can say is: WOW, I saved a LOT of money and shipping WAS "same day". All items worked flawless (so far). I am very critical of ANYTHING bought "on-line" but Monoprice really came through. The only downside, "made in china" :( I prefer "MADE IN USA".

Good goods!

My first dealing with Monoprice. The attractive prices led me to fear receiving shoddy goods, but the goods have the look and feel of quality and performance to match. For example, one thing I ordered was an HDMI cable to use with my new HDTV, which had displayed at 480p when fed from my TiVo box with an A/V cable, and at 720p with a composite video cable. With the new HDMI cable it's solid at 1080p.

Title??

If you have ANY hesitations about the quality of something priced so low, quit worrying! I have (2) 37" TV's, a 26" TV and my 60" TV all using Monoprice.com wallmounts, and they all work great! I saved over $120 on the mounts, and more if you include all the HDMI cables and speaker plates I purchased. The Mini-Display to HDMI adapter I bought for my Macbook would have been $29.99 from Apple, $24.99 for the Rocketfish brand at BestBuy, but the same thing here is only $6.99. My buddy hooked me up with this site, and I've saved hundreds, and the quality and customer support are amazing. I love this site!!

Active, helpful customer service

I received some iphone cords that didn't work. Since the prices were so low and I tend to be a wee bit lazy, I didn't seek out a replacement or refund. I did write a review on the product page after receiving an email soliciting my opinion. Almost immediately, a Monoprice tech support person (John) contacted me and offered to send me a replacement cord. He actively accommodated my laziness and was prompt and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

I have recently order 2 HDMI splitters from you. Order5551297. I have install them into my TV and it did not work. The signals could never transfer from the DVD to the TV using the HDMI splitter. When I took the splitter out and connect my own HDMI cable directly to the tv from the dvd player., it works just great. This splitter is a joke and a disappoinment for me. This product does not work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not BUY!!!!!!!
