We were very dissatisfied with the delivery service of Monoprice. We ordered one item with the shipping terms of overnight express and did not receive the item until one full week later. Our order was lost two times by the delivery service and ended up having to be sent via UPS.

They did not come through on their next day service!

3.5 mm Stereo Plug

This is the first time I have used MonoPrice and I am VERY pleased! I ordered a 3.5 mm Stereo Plug to assist in connecting aspects of my PC to my HD television. The product is excellent and very well priced. The shipping was fast and prompt. Two thumbs up for MonoPrice!

Product is no good without delivery

Shipping via UPS Mail Innovations is FUBAR! My shipment has taken an epic journey! Still don't have it though. Working with Monoprice, they'll probably make it good. But the shipment will be 2 or 3 weeks late at this point.

Estimated delivery still shown as Jan 3, even though it's now Jan 10.

Beware of shipping via UPS Mail Innovations - the USPS part is FUBAR!

Amazing products at unbeatable prices...

I've been buying from Monoprice about a year now, they have an excellent products, and they arrive normally within 2 days, I had couple issues with item differs from their website description but thanks for their customer support they've arranged the refund (although it wasn't as quick as Amazon).
I got HDMI, HDMI, VGA, CAT5, CAT6(outdoor and indoor cables, 1Gbit switches, wifi routers, wall mount for TVs and dual monitors, hooks and looks, surg protector, USB hubs, RJ45 testers... etc THEY ALL ARE AMAZING with superb quality.

Thank you Monoprice again for your great products and it's really at the lowest price!.
