i have had a problem with an order (PID 5704) i am now in my fourth day of emailing the "customer service live chat" and have had no response exept for "wayne" telling me that "tech support" is who will handle my issue. Excellent Cables, Great Prices

I needed about four new HDMI cables to hook up my new equipment and my son recommended Monoprice. He said they are the best cables you can get and the price cannot be beat. I would have preferred free shipping but that is asking too much considering the savings I was getting on the cables. I was very pleased with the quality and I received them very promptly. If I need more cables this is where I will buy them.

Great cable, good price, easy

A friend recommended monoprice to me when I was purchasing new HDMI cables. I was impressed by the ratings as opposed to some other low-cost providers. I submitted my order for two 5' HDMI cables on a Tuesday night, they arrived on Saturday morning and went right to work with no problem. The 5' cable is a perfect size for my set up, the outer sleeve is both tough and low friction making installation easier, I have not seen those qualities in most other products.

1X2 HDMI Amplifier Splitter

Was looking for a switch that would allow me to have my second computer monitor and my LCD TV hooked to my computer. This 1x2 fit the bill exactly and works great. No longer do I have to unplug my HDMI cable from my computer monitor and plug into my LCD TV so that I can watch a movie from my computer. I give this switch a 5 star rating.
Additionally, this is my second order from Monoprice and it won't be my last. Their selection, quality, price and shipping speed is unparalleled when compared to other online sites. Monoprice also gets a 5 star rating.

I heard of Monoprice via a friend at work and I have now made Monoprice my "go to" site for my peripherals. Not only are they the best prices but the products are excellent and the shipping is the fastest of any company that I have dealt with.
Follow-up, courtesy, and the on-line site are what others should strive to achieve but until they do, Monoprice is the 1.
