Freaky Fast Delivery

Ok first let me just say I have never posted any testimonials on any website before but I am so impresses with my experiance purchasing from Monoprice I made the time today. I heard about your site from a classmate and decided to order a couple ethernet cables based on his recommendation. First thing is the cables are a much higher quality than the ones I replaced which is great. What I am much more impressed with is the speed in which I received my order. I placed my order on 1/20/2012 11:15 AM and it was just delivered to me 1/23/12 at 1:50 PM. That was with 2 weekend days in between plus I live in Michigan and the order came from California. I am very impressed with the produce and the shipping speed. I will be telling all my friends and family about your site and will be back in the future.

Damned fine service

After I reviewed a product and mentioned what I felt it's shortcomings were, John Lingo was quick to remedy the situation by arranging a refund and recommending another product. I never expected this level of customer service from an internet retailer. I'm building my wishlist now and hope to be making another purchase soon. Good job, John. you're a credit to your company.

When u have to have it now

I ordered some adapters on 1/13/12 it's now 1/22/12 and I still dont' have them. So if you are going to need something from here order them well in advance of when you think you may want them. First time use them,only bought here because www.mycablemart.com was out of the adapter I need . They ship fast.

I LOVE THIS COMPANY!

This was my first time using monoprice and they came through with flying colors. I must admit I was skeptical at first because they prices were unbelievable compared to what I have experienced in the retail world. And as the saying goes "if its too good to be true...then it usually is." However, I did my research and found nothing but exceptional reviews, so I took my chances and tried them out. And man am I glad I did! This company not only met my expectations but actually exceeded them. The cables I ordered are even better quality than I thought they would be, the prices spoke for themselves, and the delivery was not only in-expensive, but very prompt as well.

All in all, I will definitely be recommending this site to everyone and I will be using them as long as they stay in business and keep up the Great Work!

ok overall

I bought a cable, it was cheap enough and it arrived it arrived after a few weeks. The cable looks like good quality and it has gold ends, but theres a couple lines running through the picture on my TV. I have used S-video cables in the past off my computer and the only reason I got this one was because I needed a longer cable. The quality of this cable is ok, but if id known there be lines running through the picture on my TV i may not have bought it.
