I have purchased several items from Monoprice and have always been very happy with the price and the speed of delivery. My most recent purchase was the mini-usb adapter (item 8072) and, suprisingly, was a letdown but at $7 what can you do. It often does not work and IT support was useless. Avoid that product, I had to replace it with a reliable USB adapter.

I have shopped a couple of time at monoprice and while I am always concerned about internet orders and their quality of product, I have never been dissapointed with monoprice. they are timely, their products are of good quality, their customer service is excellent.

Excellent

This last order was interesting, they took a bit longer to ship than expected...then faster than expected.

Actual order took a bit longer, but when I ran into an issue with a cable they sent me a (totally completely) free replacement and I got it like next day.

I buy cables from them because they're a trustworthy site that sells a great product at a great price. Nobody can be 100% perfect (or test every item they ship)...but they try hard to quickly remedy any issues that pop up.

Ill continue to use them and recommend them as long as they keep it up. And when I remember, I give them a good review too.

I received my first order from Monoprice last week. I'll admit I was a little uneasy due to your very low prices compared to other internet and retail outlets. What a surprise! I ordered HDMI cables as well as audio optical and subwoofer items. All looked very substantial and worked great. I've told a lot of friends about your site and will shop here first in the future. It's refreshing to find a retailer with great products that really delivers what they say. Thanks.

I am EXTREMELY happy with both the customer service I received from monoprice and the products I ordered. I had been looking for a way to connect our TV to headphones for my husband for his birthday. The TV does not have a headphone jack so I didn't know what to use. I had done some searching on some forums and someone mentioned a digital to analog converter and mentioned your site. I came and looked and since I didn't know what specifically what I would need for my actual TV model I decided to "chat" online with someone at monoprice. I NEVER do thatI usually know exactly what I want. However, it was the best decision I madethe person who helped me during the chat was able to assist me with what requirements I needed for my TV model and gave me the specific links for each item I would need to order. The prices were excellent and the service was so good I have been recommending this site to everyone I talk to about my husband's birthday gift. Everything is great quality and the customer service can't be beat!!!
