Great customer service

Ever since I was recommended monoprice for buying my audio/video cable I have been buying all my cable needs from them. Monoprice stocks quality cable at the right price. I have till have had contact with their technical support personnel who are knowledgeable and make good recommendation based on your requirement. Customer service personnel are courteous and they go out of their way to ensure that your experience at monoprice is always good. These are the reason why I keep coming back to monoprice and recommend everyone to them.

Great products + Excellent customer service

I've bought a lot of stuff over the years from Monoprice over the years and always been satisfied with quality and performance of everything. Recently I had an issue configuring a router I purchased, and tech specialist John Lingo stepped in with a lot of suggestions and help. Anyone can sell stuff on the Internet, but when things don't go exactly right, it's nice to know that in dealing with a company like Monoprice you're also going to have a support team standing behind the company.

Monoprice HDMI Cables

I placed 2 orders recently. The first was on Saturday 1/28. The second was on Monday 1/30, Both orders were packaged and shipped on 1/30. They arrived on Wednesday 2/1. I couldn't be happier with the promptness of the order department and their shipping.

One comment on the product. On a 15' 24AWG CL2 Flat High Speed HDMI Cable w/ Ethernet (PID 6131). The plug was a bit too large to plug into the back of my Samsung HDTV. I found it necessary to "shave" the corners of the plug slightly to make it fit into the rear connection slot on my TV. Once that was done the cable performed perfectly.

I also purchased (2) 6' 24AWG Flat HDMI Cables (PID 4158). They too are just perfect. Price and speed of shipment was GREAT! I would highly recommend Monoprice to anyone in need of AV cables. I should also add that I had on-line chat sessions with their tech support people who assisted greatly in the selection of the PROPER cables for the purpose I intended to use them.

I simply want to say, i went online searching for a better deal on some cables, i got some google searches stating this site had great deals on cables. So after looking up this site and seeing that it was ACCESSORY DREAMLAND, i ordered some cables and got them promptly to my home, nice and neatly packaged. Dont Bother Trying to find Better Prices

Monoprice is undoubtedly one of my favourite online retailers. I have been happy with nearly every item I have purchased from them. Their product quality is outstanding considering the prices.

The only time I have ever had an issue was when the second HDMI cable I purchased from them was defective. I contacted customer service, and a free replacement was on the way, no hassle at all.

I recommend Monoprice to all my friends, and will continue to shop here for a long time t come.
