Ordered 2 Port USB Car Charger 3.1A - Black. One tested okay at first, now doesn't work. The second one was just put into service today and it's dead in the water. I would assume the products this company sell are not worth the money. I just contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE about this issue but I don't expect much, these items are not very expensive and would cost about as much to return as to order from another vendor. time will tell how they treat me.

My first purchase from Monoprice, I bought the 'Double X-Framed Keyboard Stand" I am very pleased with the stand, excellent quality and the price was very nice .. shipping was a surprising 2 days .. everything about the transaction is great. Monoprice is what e-tail is all about .. I will be happy to check with them for future purchases. The only thing I could recommend would be providing 8 plugs for the open pipes on the stand instead of 4 .. i.e., let's see, should I put 4 on the front and none on the back, or 4 on the top and none on the bottom.. I'm a nit picker about such things, and since I don't intend to stuff money or drugs into the legs, and I don't want to provide a habitat for spiders, I'll be checking to see if I can get 4 more plugs, but would be nice if they were in the box.

aloha soft cover for iPad mini

i really like the design and the fit is perfect i will buy from monoprice again. the prices are very fair and return policy is great. Plus, no delivery charge for the least expensive item. they have wonderful policies regarding this. i have not found that to be so liberal at other sites. i'm very satisfied!!
