I rarely take the time to provide testimonials or feedback. I am VERY impressed with this company. The pricing, speed of delivery and easy ordering are exactly what I look for. I shop often online. This is perhaps the best/easiest experience I've had. I am very pleased. I wasn't sure what to expect in terms of quality of the products, since the pricing was so low. I was surprised to see that the iPhone cases I ordered were no different than the ones I saw at Best Buy that were 10x the price! I will definitely order from here again.

NO HELP FORM CUSTOMER SERVICE

I want to add some more items to my exiting order and still have 5 hours before the shipping cut off time. I called the customer service and they can't do anything about it. Neither they can't add items to my order nor can't cancel my order and let me order it again. Their ordering system are so dump!!!

I rushed to judgement with MonoPrice, and hastily left a scathing review with ResellerRatings. I can not express how regretful I feel. MonoPrice COMPLETELY and TOTALLY addressed and corrected my concerns.
