Products and support

About a two weeks ago I needed a solution to feed a 50" plazma TV and a ceiling projector off the same satellite box. The feed I wanted was HDMI. The plazma TV was 75' front the box and the projector was about 25'. I called Monoprice and spoke to tech support. After explaining what I wanted and about a fifteen minute chat a Pro series HDMI splitter and a 75' HDMI cable with in line booster were recommened. The shipment came quickly. I hooked everything up laying the cables on the floor to see how it would work. Well, immediately both units were working perfectly. No loss of quailty to either. I now have the cables permanently mounted. All is great so far. Can not say enough good things about the tech support at Monoprice. The price was very good to.

PLEASE STOP PUTTING MONOPRICE SO VISIBLE ON YOUR PRODUCTS!!

Monoprice has some really great things at great prices. However, they seem to be putting there name on more and more products that I am buying, sometimes the name is very large and visible. This is really making me reconsider purchasing these products. I do not like having the name that visible on these products - it's not necessary! I tell people all the time about your products.

This is really making me reconsider purchasing these products. I do not like having the name that visible on these products - it's not necessary! I tell people all the time about your products.

I Testify Weekly & To Everyone I know about Monoprice

I've been extremely happy with 99% of what I've bought from Monoprice over the years and I always try to convert friends, communications co-workers, & even my faithful customers when I worked at Fry's Electronics.

Tell your Grandparents and Parents about the site or better yet, buy them all the cables they need. When I was selling Home Theater Systems, it crushed me when I would see a Grandmother near tears because she couldn't afford the hundreds of dollars of cables and other accessories the box stores will try to sell her after she splurged for that $2,000 TV.

Save your family and friends hundreds of dollars by simply telling them about the great prices, quality, and service they can find at Monoprice.com. It is such a good website, I am constantly shocked when I meet engineers, IT personnel, and other communications professionals that don't know about it. SPREAD THE WORD! Together we can save one person at a time from over paying for their cables.
