fantastic customer service

This was my first time in purchasing some items from monoprice. I bought 2 iPhone cases (same type) which didn't work as expected. Since the cost was a total of $10 I figured that it was a loss. I wrote a review of the product and the problems that I had. I was immediately contacted by Tjayi Malone who pursued a refund for these items without me having to send them back (shipment would have cost the same as the purchase price). Tjayi and monoprice did an excellent job and I have no doubt that I will purchase more things from monoprice.

I purchased a 10' micro to standard HDMI cable.Only works 10% of the time,if i hold it in just the right position.Not pleased.Dont feel like taking the time to mail it back.Anybody else unsatisfied with they're products?

Excellent Customer Service.

I have made several purchases from monoprice over the years and have been very satisfied with their products. Recently I had a few issues with some button batteries I had purchased, but due to the purchase price I decided not to even bother returning them. After writing a review, I was immediately contacted byTjayi Malone in Tech Support who offered to replace these defective batteries for me. In less then a few hours, I received an email stating that my replacements were shipped. Now that is Customer Service. This is yet another reason why I keep coming back to monoprice for all of my electronic needs.

I hoped I found a great place to get products at a great price, unfortunately that doesn't seem to be the case. They sent the wrong item, not even close in PID or description. They were able to send the correct item, but it will not arrive until Monday, I need to install it on Saturday for a Sunday performance. Now I have to scramble and find another solution. I guess I need to find another supplier. Oh, and they did refund my shipping costs totaling $5.

I have made several purchases from Monoprice and I am always impressed with the products I receive. The prices are better than you can find anywhere else and the merchandise surprises me with the high quality. When I receive my packages, I sometimes think " they must have sent the wrong stuff, the package is so heavy ". Then I open it to find that the products are so well constructed and sturdily made that they are indeed heavy-duty. Great service and the last purchase, banana jack wall plates for speaker hook up was only 1/4 the price I would have paid locally and built like a tank. I will always shop here for all my cable and electronic needs.
