Fast Service

Price can't be beat and fast shipping. One caveat though, when I first installed it, the locking pin just fell off. Now it's hooked without it.

Just received my ergo stand for the ipad 3 and I and extremely happy with the quality and the price. It arrived in one day. I bought 2 others from Amazon which did not fit and one from Cellphone Shop which was a piece of junk. The Monoprice ERGO is just short of amazing. Only thing better would be free....Thanks

I am very impressed by Monoprice's customer service. I wrote a review expressing concern over a product and a customer service representative reached out to me to make sure I was satisfied. I've had good customer service experience before but not at this level.

Exceeds my expectations every time

I'm a Sound Designer and Mix engineer, and therefore quite fussy when it comes to cables used in my studios. My IT manager told me about monoprice and when I looked around the website, I initially thought there's no way these cables can be of any decent quality for how inexpensive they were. We placed an order and I was completely surprised, as I have been with each order since. I don't know how you deliver the level of quality you do for the prices you do.
I simply cannot buy cables anywhere else now, unless of course it's something you do not stock. I would recommend Monoprice to any friend or colleague.
