Best products at an unbeatable price

I've only bought a few things from Monoprice, but every item I have, has held up amazingly. Anytime I look for a cord or adapter, I always check here before I buy. This is probably one of the best product sites out there.

Monoprice Is Top Notch

Monoprice customer service is Top Notch. I was having a problem with the mount i purchased, and after contacting customer service, found out that it was not compatible with my tv. I was given an RMA on the spot. and was also given a refund on return shipping. Will always check Monoprice first. You will have me as a customer for life. Thank You

Net Admin

It is simple... need cables, goto monoprice. I don't know how many people I have directed to monoprice, and every one a satisfied customer. You shouldn't have to pay $20-$40 dollars for standard cabling, and thanks to monoprice you don't.....keep up the great work!!

One Stop Accessory Shop

What can you say about Monoprice that hasn't been said thousands of times before. They have everything that you can think of (and a lot that you wouldn't normally think of) to set up you home theatre and more. The quality of their products is second to none and the service is top notch. Friendly voices are always there to answer your questions and help you in every way. All of this and their prices are the best around. Why look anywhere else.

My favourite thing about monoprice is their customer service. no questions asked when you need to return a faulty product or exchange something. Deliveries are extremely fast and well.. no one beats the prices. I will never buy cables or accessories from an electronics store again.

Great service great value

I was recommended by a friend to use this site about a year ago. After many purchases I would have to say that I couldn't be happier. No other site can match the prices and overall value and to top it off, monoprice gives you a plethora of shipping options to choose from. What other site can say that about themselves.

Excellent Quality & Great Customer Service

I was turned onto Monoprice.com by a friend who raved about their insanely low prices on high quality products. After a couple of purchases I vowed to never again shop anywhere else for home theater and electronic components. My orders arrived promptly, in good condition and delivered on what the websites products details promised.

While waiting for a product to become available I registered for notification of stock and sent an email to customer service, who replied within 12hrs with the availabilty, and was promptly auto-emailed when the stock was available...great service, thank you monoprice.com!
