First and last shop

I buy almost all of my computer equipment and cables from monoprice. I am going to school currently at my local community college for computer technology. I am surprised how many people i go to class with that have never been to monoprice. I spread the word as much as possible. Everyone is surprised at the large array of products available and the low prices. I tell show them the site and tell them I buy everything I can from Monoprice. You have my business and my continued support.

Favorite Cable Site

What a great Site! I buy Zip Ties, HDMI Cables, and any other cables I need. Great products at fantastic prices. No tricky marketing here! Monoprice is great people, running a great business with great products!

Live Help

I made a mistake on my order, went to Live Help, and was able to get it resolved in a matter of minutes! I do love Monoprice.com and have referred a ton of people here already. Well done! The products are extremely well priced, and top notch! I will never buy products that Monoprice.com carries anywhere else. I work too hard for my money to waste it somewhere else.

Unbelievable website

I first learned about MonoPrice shortly after my family purchased our first HDTV. One of my friends, who helped us set it up, referred us to MonoPrice we could purchase the correct cables to properly connect all our devices. We were told how much of a ripoff store-bought cables are, and that MonoPrice was our best bet.

When I got my own HDTV, I knew right where to go for my cables. When I needed something to turn my TV's lone HDMI input into multiple inputs, I knew who had a 4x1 HDMI switcher with remote control - good old MonoPrice!

The customer service is outstanding. Any issues I had were handled by knowledgeable support staff and any problems were quickly identified and swiftly rectified. I cannot recommend this website more highly to anyone who needs good quality electronics and accessories.

Best Customer Experience Every Time

I had been ordering from MonoPrice for a long time, but nothing had ever been wrong with my order. My order before last though, I had bought a pack of HDMI cords and a whole bunch of Wall Keystones (HDMI, Coax, etc) to complete my home theater install. Well when I got my order I had two more HDMI keystones than I ordered and not enough coax. For an electronics guy like myself, it was heartbreaking haha.

So I immediately hopped on the phone with Monoprice to place another order and I was content to just shill out more money for the itmes (not wanting to revisit my usual customer support experiences w/ other companies) and when I told them what happened they just said, "We'll send some more out Mr. Mackel, any thing else we can help you with?" No questions, no fuss, no whipping out my wallet and an immediate solution...
