Screen protector

The first screen protector I received was so damaged by the postal service it was unusable . I made monoprice aware of this. Now this produce was only $2.87. Not really worth sending back. I did let monoprice know of the badly handeled product and they sent me another one. I will shop at monoprice again. They back their products.

Im sorry, i dont like that you cannot talk to someone for help with a product bought here.
and the HDMI Ext i bought, and now stuck with, wont work because i cant find a good dc power supply to stay plugged into the unit. And the fact that monoprice does not offer one for sale is completely rediculous.
so obviously , wont be using them anymore.

IT Help Desk Analyst

I used the online chat function today to get a RMA and place an order. The agent, Beverly, was FANTASTIC. Let me explain, I am used to getting online chat conversations where it is evident that the agent is using canned responses and essentially there is only the clicking of buttons. Beverly not only responded as a person, she was positive and helpful. I used to train phone/chat agents and used to stress for the agent to smile on the phone. Beverly was smiling on the keyboard, and I can bet that she did not need to be reminded, for her I sense it is natural. Thanks for making the day continue positively.

Impressive Customer Service

I had simply reviewed two of the products I purchased from Monoprice. The cables were excellent but the car charger not so much. Customer service monitored my sub-par rating of the car charger and contacted me to make it right. I ended up receiving a refund. I didn't even file a formal complaint, just stated I wasn't happy with the car chargers.

As I conclude this testimonial, I'm going to go place another order. I'm very impressed with this company. If only other companies would realize that this is how you get repeat business.
