Wish I Had Known About Them Earlier

I love this place! It's now my go to site for ALL my cable shopping needs, the prices are unbeatable yet the quality is still top notch. I've gotten so many great cables and adaptors here for my live sound/dj business as well as many for personal use. So far everything I've purchased has been great. I really don't know how they offer such low prices on quality gear, maybe everyone else is ripping you off! $40 for a 25 foot XLR cable...no thank you I'll buy an equivalent (and often better) $4 one from monoprice! Not only are the products great but the service is too, fast shipping and excellent customer services. I was amazing on how quickly an RMA was processed and the replacement items delivered. I recommend you guys now to all my friends. Keep up the good work offering quality products at rock bottom prices.

Minor Geek, moderate techie and gadget freak

I was first introduced to Monoprice in 2008 by a family friend who told me they usually order all their office (Microsoft) supplies from this place.

I was curious about the quality having spent up 2x/3x amounts on the same equipment at other vendors previously, but was assured that it has the highest quality among all online vendors.

I went for it, and am glad for it. It has saved me quite a few bucks (considering I am still a student) and the quality has been uncompromising. I would go as far as suggesting that they have a better quality than Amazon, Best Buy or GameStop.

My only concern would be that I have to pay shipping charges each time I order a cable or an adapter. I would like to see Monoprice setting up an Amazon Prime kind of thing, where in I could flat-pay a fixed amount that would cover all my annual shipping charges.

Monoprice.com is the best

Monoprice saved my life,with there cheap pricing and good quality produtcs
they have helped me out with a lot of my home projects like my theater room,office,security cameras.etc And still leaving money in my pocket.

Great Service

Ordered a few thing from Monoprice last month a got everything quickly. One HDMI cable that I got was defective and without any trouble they offered to replace it. When I said that I actually didn’t need the cable anymore because I had to go get one at a local store to finish my setup, they promptly gave me a store credit instead. Good service, great support. A big thanks to John Lingo who managed my problem with great speed and professionalism. A++

Quality Products, Excellent Customer Service

Few years ago, a friend told me about MonoPrice offering good quality HDMI cables at a fair price and since then, MonoPrice has been my primary destination to shop at for not only HDMI cables, but a wide variety of other electronic accessories including printer toner, audio/video cables, camera batteries, USB cables, adapters, and etc.

Not only do they have a great selection of products at an affordable price, their customer service/tech support is also superb. If you ever encounter any issues with a product you received, a live-chat representative will be able to handle your issue immediately and provide you with assistance right away.

This has been by-far the best online shopping experience I've had over the many years, and hopefully MonoPrice will keep offering its quality products at the lowest prices!

A friend told me about Monoprice a few years ago and ever since I got onto the site I've been pleased with both the service and quality. The pricing is unbelievable and to me the cables feel higher quality than what you get from retail-box chains at more than double the price! I've been so impressed by the selection, pricing and quality of products that when I'm in a retail store and notice someone looking at something I know they can get on MonoPrice.com I immediately strike up a conversation and inform them about the money the can save shopping with Monoprice. Monoprice, My source for everything Technical!

I've made all my cable purchases through Monoprice and couldn't be more satisfied! I've even made a couple wall mount unit and computer related purchases such as network adapters and cooling products. Their products are of good quality and constructed very well for the prices they sell them. Again, I couldn't be more happy with everything I order from Monoprice.com!!
