Never heard of this site before today, but when I found nothing but fantastic reviews on the graphics tablets (I've been looking for one in a good size and price), I had to try for myself! I happily await my tablet in the mail. Checkout was a breeze too!

Monoprice has great prices and great service

It's a rare combination indeed, because you usually give up one to get the other. I have been a Monoprice customer for years for everything from network cables to TV mounts and who knows how many USB cables. I was disappointed with the Bluetooth headset I ordered and I think it's important that future customers know about that experience, but they also need to know about the great after the sale support I got from Tjayi Malone. Tjayi offered to troubleshoot the device and offered assistance with the return process. I don't intend to order another headset because even if a new one worked properly, it would not fit my head comfortably. However, I do intend to continue shopping with Monoprice and spreading the word about their other great products, great prices and great service. Thanks for everything Tjayi.

Long-time customer

I'm really impressed with Tjayi Malone and Monoprice, whom I've been using for years.

I wasn't that unhappy about buying a replacement display adapter for my Mac Air,
but I wanted to review the old product so other prospective buyers for the
first device might be warned. As soon as I had posted my review that included
an excerpt on device limitations from the product's manual, Tjayi was on it
and wanted to make things right.

Way to go, Monoprice!

Monoprice Yes - UPS No

I've been looking at products on this site for a long time. I was always worried about the shipping to Canada. I've heard a lot of bad things about UPS into Canada but decided by savings with monoprice was so good, I could take a chance.

Well, DO NOT USE UPS if shipping to CANADA.
Even the Worldwide option which claims to have custom built-in ends up ripping you off. I don't mind paying duty. That is the law.
But getting charged $10 by UPS because I have to pay duty makes no sense.

Bottom line, this was my first time using UPS and it will be my last time ever. I recommend you not ever ship thru them.

Now, for Monoprice, I recommend you not offer UPS ever to anyone. If a company you deal with does not provide fair business practices to your customers, you should not be using this company.
Your business is based on the premise of saving money where others are trying to rip you off (eg. cables). Well, you should find and support other companies that offer the same philosophy.
Like I said, the laws need to be followed. If there are going to be taxes and duties, then so be it. But I should not be charged $40 (thru you) by a company which then goes on to charge me $10 to provide that service.
Please remove UPS as an option to anyone in Canada and potentially find an alternative supplier to provide choices.

The Best of the Best in Online Retail

Monoprice.com is at the top of my list of online merchants, with whom I’ve conducted business. Their huge selection, detailed product descriptions, quality products and the speed with which they ship is unparalleled. However, the best part of the experience has to be the pricing. I never purchase cables, adapters, electronic repair or accessory items without first searching Monoprice.com. eCommerce would double in volume if only a fraction of the retail sites on the internet conducted business the way this company does.
