Amazing Customer Service

Long story short - I had to call in to change my order three times today. Deborah, polite as always made the changes with no fuss. Customer service experiences like these are so uncommon nowadays! The prices are what brought me to this site, and people like Deborah will keep bringing me back.

Since I've started shopping at monoprice I've been very happy because the prices are very affordable mostly I've bought tv wall mounts but here I can buy like 7 for the price of one in the big retail stores so keep it going and keep up the cheap prices.
