IT departments savior (saver)

We found Monoprice.com accidentally while searching for a replacement toner. But then we started to order other parts as we noticed the quality Monoprice offered. We were amazed. It's not just "okay" or "acceptable" replacement, but "just like the real thing" to "I can't believe the price."

Today, after ordering over a year, we search Monoprice first then elsewhere. And more often we find our networking and all electronical hardware needs met by Monoprice.com.

Quality parts, more than reasonable price, dependable shipping...what more can you ask for?

Miss

I have heard of mono price for years before I actually bought an actual product from them, people in the tech department in my company often praise their product quality for the amazing price they come at. Personally as a designer I've never had a chance to buy items from MonoPrice until recently when I bought a tablet from MonoPrice. I've been using tablets from this monopoly who sold their tablets at ridiculous prices and when I switched over I was genuinely pleased by the quality of the MonoPrice tablet I bought at almost 1/10 of the price of my earlier one. When I lost my installation cd and used up pen nibs, customer and tech service sent me new nibs and emailed me the drivers without delay. I've recommended MonoPrice to many of my designer friends and ended up ordering five more tablets. I believe that it is rare in today's fast paced society to find such pleasant service and high quality from a company offering low priced items. I hope that great customer service and products will continue to be a part of MonoPrice's philosophy. Thank you MonoPrice.

Wonderful Deals

I ordered HDMI cables for my television and gaming systems. I was frustrated going to electronic stores that are supposidly customer driven but are truly customer draining. I was looking to get quality cables without paying a bundle. I am so greatful to my friend for referring me to MonoPrice.com after he saved a bundle. I told everyone in my son's boy scout group about it. Thank you for helping me be to find a place that is a is really a "low price" leader!

How do they do it?

Those big electronics stores will get you every time. Best deal in town for a fabulous new television, but you need to buy an HDMI cable, and that'll be 80 bucks. Do you want to watch TV tonight or don't you?

Don't do it! Don't pay up to TWENTY TIMES MORE for cables. I don't know how they do it, but Monoprice has shocking prices on all kinds of guaranteed-quality stuff. And I haven't just bought cables here. I've bought memory card adapters, cell phone accessories, cabling equipment, speaker wire, you name it.

Here's the bottom line. If you need something stocked here, get it. You'll get the best possible price and outstanding service (probably there's someone online right now to answer your question in a live chat). The return policy is terrific. Go Monoprice!

Monoprice has earned my business again and again

I have been shopping at Monoprice for over 5 years now and place them in 1 position along with Newegg for the best product/price/shipping/customer service you could hope for from an online retailer. I've spent several thousand dollars on a variety of items over the years and have not once been dissatisfied. Quite the contrary......I don't know how they sell such quality products for so cheap, but they've earned my business because of it. I send everyone I know to Monoprice because it really is the best.

great cables

I have ordered cables from Monoprice several times last year and it always been positive experience. Cables arrived (to Canada) with in 10 days, well packaged and they worked as advertised.
When I need more cables, I will buy here again!

Monoprice wins!

Anytime I need a cable I go to monoprice.com because not only do they have the lowest prices of any retailer, but they also have the best quality cables. I'm a huge home theater/electronics guy and my entire home theater system in my living room is wired completely with monoprice cables from speaker wire to HDMI and even my Nintendo Wii component cable. Had I bought all these cables from some other retailer I would have spent probably around 400 dollars more. You can't go wrong with monoprice!
