GOOD products, BETTER customer service, BEST price

Its been couple of years that I am shopping at MonoPrice and why would somebody keep shopping at the same place - the answer is simple - GOOD products, BETTER customer service, BEST price.

I shop for my friends/relatives and encourage them to shop at MonoPrice, I always have a product list from my firends to buy it for them when I order something next time.

Last time I had to make a change in my order after I ordered it and paid for it already, the customer service rep made the change in seconds and money went back to my paypal and CC in no time.

I have 2 boxes of cables and stuff bought from MonoPrice sitting at home because I can't resist buying stuff at the price they offer.

MonoPrice, You don't have to do any better, just keep doing what you are doing already, because you are already the BEST.
Just don't get more greedy like(new***).

Cables, cables, cables - the only place to shop for them!

Monoprice has saved me so much money over the years. Its the only place I go to for any kind of cables. At first I was wary of the cheap prices thinking I would get sub-par quality cables but was I wrong! When I received my first set of HDMI cables from them, they were of the highest quality build. I've even found my self at big box stores telling people about monoprice if I see them carrying cables that were going to buy at the store at ten times the price of monoprice. Stop wasting your time looking elsewhere for cables.

Tech Support

I chatted with a tech support guy and was soo amazed by his help and advice. Another source was trying to sell me several hundred dollars of equipment, and MonoPrice came back with some of the BEST ADVICE to solve my issue. Can't thank them enough!
