Brilliant business!

How good is MonoPrice's customer service? I seriously don't know because I never had to go through them. We order a bunch of stuff from them for work and home and they always just seem to get it right the first time. They've really expanded their product selections over the years which is nice. We're here in Canada, and typically drive to the states to pick up our orders just to save the huge shipping cost (no biggie but would be nice to have lower shipping cost).

The first time I was referred to monoprice, the prices seemed to indicate that the products were inferior knockoffs of brand name merchandise. I was extremely pleased to find out that the self-branded monoprice line is of very high quality with excellent customer service/support to back it up. I have been pleased to shop from the monoprice website a number of times and will come back again for future needs.

Staying Afloat

We had a flood last summer here in Chicago and my basement got over 3 feet of water, I lost almost all my toys "Electronics". We looked at the bright side no one was injured and just started to gut everything at the same time we wanted to build a home theater. I started talking to a geek friend of mine and he insisted I visit Monoprice for most if not all of my hardware needs. I started with looking for a TV mount and man I was very impressed I saved tons of cash. I would look at what was best for my setup from local high end video & audio dealers the search for like items on Monoprice. I just want to say thanks everything from CD cleaning kit to my TV mount was a great deal. I'm starting to pass the word around the office so we can buy in bulk to share the shipping cost!

Recording Artist

I found monoprice a couple years ago and couldn't believe the prices of their products. I was nervous to buy from them because although I love low prices I also like quality. I went ahead and bought a few cables anyways because of the reviews I read and was amazed at what showed up. Now I buy all of my cables here (xlr,hdmi, 1/4", 1/8", and various other audio and video cables). The quality is great and they get the products to you very quickly. I continue to tell anyone who is looking for cables or connectors to buy from monoprice!

IT Admin / Home Theater Junkie

I have been a Monoprice customer for a few years now and I continue to be blown away by their ability to manufacture superb quality products at insanely low prices. Every aspect of each order I have ever made with them (easy online ordering, quick shipping, etc.) has made not only my home life easier, but has now started to make my work day a breeze when I'm in a pinch for whatever cable, adapter, and/or accessory. I lost count a very long time ago of how many times a week I recommend your site to friends, family, and complete strangers.
