Awesome... as always

Years ago a friend of mine tipped me off to Monoprice.com... If I were able to tell him today how much I appreciate the product diversity and quality, the spectacular pricing and fantastic shipping speed, I would. Monoprice is one of those gems you ALMOST don't want to tell anyone about. Know this-there are a LOT of options out there for "quality equipment at discounted prices", but Monoprice is THE place to go. Don't even bother looking elsewhere, because top to bottom, front to back, you're getting the best of both worlds.

I'll be a dedicated customer until I no longer need audio/video/IT equipment... or as long as Monoprice stays in business... I hope this friendly competition lasts many, many years. Thank you so much and see you next order!

Excellent service from Tjayi Malone

It happens. I've ordered a lot of stuff from Monoprice without problems. But a six foot USB 3.0 extension cable was dead on arrival.

The service representative was Tjayi Malone. I wasn't looking for anything, in that the cable had been inexpensive enough that it didn't pay to return it. I just wanted Monoprice to know that there was a quality issue.

Tjayi corresponded with me to make sure that the cable was actually defective (as opposed to the motherboard or my external USB 3.0 HDD enclosure) and then sent me a new cable for free without my needing to even ask! I didn't even have to return the old cable.

Wonderful service

I ordered cat5e ethernet cables from Monoprice, and was pleasantly surprised at not only the quality of the cables, but how quickly they arrived. Cheaper than any other provider, and of very high quality, Monoprice has earned a customer for life.

One of the Best WebStore for Electronics - Beats Best Buy!!

i have always used to go to best buy for all electronics and got ripped off every time! Ever since i was introduced to MONOPRICE by one of my friend, i have been searching for all of my electronics from here first before going any where else! MONOPRICE carries literally every accessories that one could imaging for TV, Computer, Speaker, printer etc. and the price is not cheap but unbelievably inexpensive! The name of this site should be changed to MINI-Price!.

recently i have purchased a cable tie, 50ft cat5e wire, 6ft high speed HDMI cable and the total price including shipping was $23.52! in Best Buy this would have cost me over $50.00 without shipping charges! And the shipping was mega fast.

Thank you for carrying good products for inexpensive price. You got me as your customer for life!

This beats any Canadian retailer!

I found out about monoprice.com from a podcast and decided to give it a tray. I am very glad I did!

The HDMI cables I ordered from monoprice have worked since I got them. The ethernet cables are far better then the ones available at the big stores around me.

Also...get this. Everything on monoprice is soo much cheaper then the big box stores here, but the quality is the exact same!

Up in Canada where I am, I can order a single 3 foot HDMI cable for $7. Not bad...but terrible when compared to Monoprice. I can buy 2 or 3 HDMI cables *PLUS SHIPPING* for the same price.

I'm buying all of my electronic cables from monorpice, and I recommend this place to everyone I know. I have not been let down so far.
