Great Service

Monoprice has been an awesome place to shop for any of my home entertainment accessories. This is a testimonial to their extremely focused customer service. A few months back I ordered some HDMI cables and a shelving unit with a wall mount. The shelving unit came damaged in transit. No muss no fuss, monoprice took care of it, refunded me the money and sent out a new one with waived shipping. They went above and beyond and in all honesty took away my skepticism about ordering online. They were great!

I've been using monoprice for several years now. To say that I've saved money is an understatement. Monoprice has enabled me to get everything I need when it comes to cables, hardware, and accessories. Monoprice is my go-to shop for all of it, and is always the first place I look for anything they might carry. Shipping is always perfect and never late, usually early. Quality of products is superb.

An avid internet shopper

I am a person that is known to "over-research" every purchase I make. I go from site to site comparing prices, looking for the best bargin whether it be for large purchases or small. Since I found Monoprice.com, I no longer have to do this as the almost always have the best price. Their selection is fantastic and their customer service, whether it be email or live chat, is unmatched. Even when I don't need anything, I go to their well laid out web pages just in case I stumble upon something I need. I always recommend them to friends and family and have never once had bad feedback.
They are a standard that all websites should be held up to.
