Cant say enough positive things.

No one can be the service or price at monoprice. I'm in IT and our organization just added them as a vendor. Been a personal customer for years. Couldn't be happier that now I get to buy from mono price at work too!

MonoPrice.com is a great place for buying cables!

I've added MonoPrice.com to my regular lineup of online stores where I go to first for my computing and networking needs. Thier prices are better than the other online cable sites - and thier return policy is fantastic! I had to return a cable that I'd purchased - I'd screwed up and ordered the wrong cable. MonoPrice didn't give me any grief at all. IN fact they didn't ask me anything. They just explained what I needed to do top return the item, and my account was crtediterd as soon asd they recieved it. This is the type of tech stores that I enjoy working with. I wish more online vendors were more like Monoprice.

Continual Satisfaction

I have been purchasing products through Monoprice for several years now. I purchased HDMI cables to TV mounts to In wall or ceiling speakers. The best part of monoprice is of course their great pricing. But with the low price you still get quality products that monoprice stands behind. I have never had any major issues with their products but I know their customer service will always fixes any concerns or issues that may arise.

Monoprice has got it right. Right price, Right products and Right service. That's why I keep going back and purchasing from them. Returning customers means they are doing the right things. For their customers and their business.
