Constrution Manager

I upfit and remodel rent to own stores. We were unable to find HDMI distubution amps we could afford untill we found Monoprice. They are cheaper than our other distributors and have more instock items. I have recomended Monoprice to other companies and even our marketing company who distibutes our instore TV videos. Very satisfied with Monoprice

I stumbled upon Monoprice about 2 years ago. I ordered some optical cables for my MacBook Pro and figured "they are cheap" order a couple. When the y arrived, I was amazed that they were the quality I would usually pay a significant amount more for.

Since that time, I have ordered literally 100's of products and I have always enjoyed what I have purchased tremendously. Should you order something that isn't quite what you needed, you will be very happy to deal with customer service at Monoprice. Not only is there no finger-pointing, they are expedient at getting what ever your issue is, resolved and making you glad you chose them as your source.

Poor Internet Connectivity in Afghanistan

I'm a retired US Army and currently working in Afghanistan as a contractor. I live in a two men room with a wi-fi internet provided to us by our employer. Because of the poor internet signal inside our room I purchased a 20feet usb cable from monoprice so I can install a wi-fi booster antenna in our hallway to boost my internet signal to my room. In less than a week I received my cable that I ordered from monoprice here in Afghanistan. I've been a customer with Monoprice for quite sometimes now and I always please with their service.
